Experience

• Mr. Chowdhury has 17 (Seventeen) years of professional experience and he has been working with MABS & J Partners since July 2010;

• Mr. Chowdhury has profligate exposures at Audit & Assurance, Forensic & Investigative Audit, Corporate Reporting, IAS/IFRS/, ISA, Tax planning, Development of Accounting and Internal control System, Company Secretarial matters, Income Tax Act, Value Added Tax Act, Companies Act, Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Labor Law, Insurance Law, Securities and Exchange Ordinance and Rules, Business Law, Strategic business planning, Financial & Risk management.;

• Mr. Chowdhury is actively involved in supervising and monitoring of audit works for all Banks and NBFIs under the portfolio of MABS & J Partners, Forensic and Investigative audit, Advisory works of various local and multinational companies. He was involved at management level in forensic / functional audit of biggest financial scams in banking Sector of Bangladesh.;

• Mr. Chowdhury is actively involved with providing outsourcing services to various local and multinational companies operating in Bangladesh. He has a great exposure in providing advisory service for setting up Branch Office, Liasion office and Subsidiary Company of a foreign company in Bangladesh.

• Mr. Chowdhury was also Engagement Manager/Director in Statutory Audit of Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh) for consecutive 03 years from the FY 2018-19 to 2020-21, Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited and many more National and International Organizations under portfolio of MABS & J Partners.
